I also focus on educating home buyers, especially first time buyers, on maintenance issues and how to keep their home in good condition.  I take whatever time is needed to answer a client's questions and explain what I am looking for and why.  I deliver the report to the client and review all important issues so the client is comfortable with the condition of the home they are purchasing.  This investment is too important and too long term not to know what to expect in the way of maintenance and potential replacement costs.
